I did. When I realized they were asking me to eat less than 1200 calories a day and some of the nutritional advice was old I left. I unsubscribed but they keep popping up in my email. I don't recommend it, but I'm not much of a team player/support group kind of person, either.

I tired it and didn't like it, did lose a couple lbs but whenever I watch what I eat or track calories using my fitness pal, I lose weight. The "advice"  Noom gives you is pretty generic and the responses all seemed automated to me.
