Location: In The Snow, AZ | We have been looking for a Mastiff pup for a few years. And we happened upon this Lil Gal over the weekend. She is a 6.5 week old English Mastiff. She is expected to be a 180 lb couch potato in a few years.....

Location: In The Snow, AZ | Thanks! Her name is Riley. Her mama was 180lbs and daddy was 225 lbs. So were planning on her being a pretty big baby. |

Location: Red Raiderland | Too adorable! I hope you have washable walls because she will be constantly sliming them! Here is our old girl that we had to put to sleep on Valentine's day this year. We miss our old Gracie. She lived to be almost 10 years old and her mind was completely there but she just could not get up anymore and she weighed 200lbs so it wasn't an option for me to keep lifting her for potty breaks. This picture was taken the day before we had her put to sleep and as you can see she looks so healthy...

I'm so sorry about your Gracie. It is so hard to make the decision, especially when they can be so healthy and so ailed at the same time. My Bull Mastiff, Brody, I had to put down last year. He was also seemingly healthy. Hips never gave him a problem. His knees had many surgeries, but in the end, it was a fast growing Cancer that took him. It was a matter of about a week that his health declined. He went from a happy, rambunctious dog, to being lethargic, laying around and not eating. It happened so fast. He was only 8 or 9. This is him as he started dropping weight....

Location: Somewhere between raising hell and Amazing Grace | Get LOTS and LOTS of chew toys!!!!! I love getting the femur bones from the local meat places. Our younger mastiff was a huge chewer. Our older one not so much, but I bet the younger one chewed up nearly 700 dollars worth of stuff she wasn't supposed to :) We tried correcting her, but we just had to let her grow up and learn to keep stuff out of her way :) |

Location: Red Raiderland | Bingo, Brody was a gorgeous boy. I'm sorry you lost him, too. Dang it they just don't live long enough. Our Mastiff before Gracie was Maggie and she lived about the same amount of time and we had to let her go for the same reason as Gracie, she just couldn't get up anymore. Have fun with the new little one, as they bring such happiness and bit of puppy frustration into life...never a dull moment, right? |

Location: The end of the Earth, SE AR | Congratulations on your new Puppy! What a cutie. I have a 5 year old male mastiff from Diane, Ruger weighs 230 lbs and still wants to get in our laps! My 14 year old pug is still his boss, though. |
