Location: OK | VIDEO: Sneak Peek - A&E's New Series RODEO GIRLS, Premiering 12/11 www.broadwayworld.comA&E's new series, Rodeo Girls offers a glimpse into the competitive and often glamorous world of the women of the pro-rodeo circuit and the relationships that hold them together
I find this clip very offensive and so untrue for anyone who is a true competitor. Please bump this up if it is distasteful to you.
[email protected] I found this address, I hope it is correct and that many people will send their thoughts on the clip.

Location: N Texas | I wish everyone luck in pursuing this, but they are NOT going to change anything just because a few barrel racers think it's trash and a gross misrepresentation of the actual sport. This is being produced and aired for RATINGS only, not because they really care to depict the actual life of a real rodeo competitor. They want to show drama, because that's what gets people hooked, so they create it and edit everything to get the effect they're looking for.
I highly doubt it'll be around for more than one season anyway. |

I agree 100%! The girls who agreed to do this for money sold out on the rest of us who still hold tradition close to our hearts and present ourselves in a respectful manner. |

Location: lone star state | I agree with the above posts. Our society thrives on drama especially those who watch lots of tv. We all love the relentless shows that follow the brazile family. Wish rfdtv wuld pick it up.
Sadly most serious horse and rodeo life would b boring to the average person. How exciting is cleaning stalls and exercising horses everyday? Its what I enjoy doing but the inner city kid could care less. Unfortunately our country has gotten away from the simple life and if it doesn't involve high drama it won't sell :(
Hopefully this show will b a flop! |

I'm about to head out on the road for the better part of the next four weeks. I'll be home for a day next week and a day and a half of the third week. I'm packing two trailers and stuff for 8 horses. As I've been double and triple checking lists today, I keep laughing at how glamorous a reality show about my life would be today. I'm doing both horse and human laundry, loading feed, hay, bedding and medical supplies in the trailer. I seriously doubt that even real barrel racers would be interested in watching me today! |

Its probably not going to last, but NOBODY has even seen an entire episode. Has anyone watched Big Tips Texas? Word for word from a girl I know who works there... "yea some of it's true but the editing makes it look like we're all super crazy and really we aren't... walk into any bar and you'll have most of the same "drama" just less amplified and not televised." |
