I know Tildren has been discussed extensively, but my question is:  If you have used it did you do the regional limb perfusion or did you do IV?  I have been advised on using the regional limb perfusion but have heard mixed reviews on it.  Would love to hear others experiences on it.   I do like the price much better on the regional limb perfusion!

Google it and this is what I found. Regional limb profusion is less expensive and usually used as a last resort. I would go with what my vet says.
