I'm trying to order a saddle right off their website but it gives me no place to select a color or pad length. Is this a common issue? I've never ordered one so should I just call them? Also, what length would you order to fit a 14.5" Pozzi Pro?? Thanks in advance!!!

I would just call them. When I ordered mine I found the website not very user friendly like you did so I just called. They were great on the phone and very helpfull.

Get on site with Lois Goulding of saddlesnpads.com

She is a double J dealer as well as saddleright and CSI. She's awesome to deal with !

Thanks everyone! I'm glad to hear they are awesome to work with over the phone! I've always been a little leery about working with people over the phones because I've gotten some really bad customer service from other saddle companies. I'll give them a call after thanksgiving. Thanks!

Like everybody else said, just give them a call. I bought 3 pads from them over the years. And always just called. The lady I walked to was very easy to work with.
