I want to send a horse or two to swim for 30 days. I am in Colorado, but don't mind traveling to get to a great place. I used to know of a great one in TX, but can't remember what it is now.

Any recommendations?

I really like Byler Equine in Bellville, Tx, if you're willing to send one that far.

I second Kimmi Byler and horseswim. They do an excellent job! I sent one to her a few years back and he came back looking awesome!

This one is Equine Edge Dr Tanya Bartlett. I have taken my horse for a month to swim on the aquatread the last two years and plan to agin in the spring. I highly recommend them.  http://www.equineedgevet.com/Home.html

Where in CO are you? I know Denver is about 6 hours from here, and the Steeles have a swimming facility. They take great care of your horse and I have yet to hear anything but positive feedback about them.
