We bought a tempurpedic bed about a month ago, I sleep well in it since I finally got used to it, seems like I wake up less and it feel comfortable but when I wake up in the morning I seem to always feel sore on my neck and lower back??? Has anyone had this experience? Wondering if it is the bed doing it as I didn't get sore before? Anyone else have this experience? We just have regular pillows we use with it as we didn't like the ones that went with the bed.

We have been through 4 exchanges of memory foam beds (thank you mattress firm!). I kept getting sore, too. Finally decided on the Tempurpedic Cloud Deluxe. Sometimes I wake up sore, sometimes I don't. I don't get it. I thought it was just me....

We have a tempurpedic matress, not a memory foam but a regular one, I hate it, my fiancΓ© loves it. Haven't had a good nights sleep in about 3 months.

Muscles or joints? We have one I don't wake up with the pressure point pain that I used to but man do my joints ache and now grind and pop and so do my husbands. We are only in our 30's, much too young to feel this darn old;). But we have had an ongoing bed saga for a few years so I'm going to need some serious backup if I'm going to get rid of this bed

hmmm yeah thats what I thought... we have the tempurpedic Cloud Supreme so simular to what you have... It's very weird because I feel super comfortable but hate waking up sore! :( I don't know what we should do... we have a year to decide but have no idea how to pick one that won't make me sore.

It's def muscle pain for me and it lasts half the day... I just don't know what to switch to! I don't want to get 10 different beds but for spending that much money I want the right one!

I am a side sleeper and strugged with neck and lower back issues too.  I carry stress in the neck area.

Tempurpedic mattresses are affected by temperature.  The longer someone lays on it (or the temperature of the atmosphere) can change the firmness during the night.  For some people this slight change is not a problem (lucky them) but for some of us it is.

We finally switched to a Select Comfort.  The firmness is affected by temperature and barometric pressure (I have heard that the newest models have dealt with this).   Finally we bought a adjustable base and  what a difference that made.  I do think that a adjustable base would have made the Tempurpedic mattress work for me.

My next wish on the sleep wish list is that cooling/heating system for the bed.....

We've had a tempurpedic bed for probably 5+ years now. I've noticed that if I wake up sore, its because I generally haven't moved all night and slept in a goofy position. Hubby is the same way. My problem is that when I travel, I have difficulty sleeping on a regular bed now.

Could it be making you sore … it's possible, everyone is different. You may need to keep an activity log. You might be sore from something else. Perhaps you could sleep in a guest room or at a hotel and see if its the bed.
