I know if I were running at the world finals I would find a way to simulate the arena at home, at minimum the size of the pattern with at least the walls at the barrels to get used to running that close. makes sense and you can tell those who have prepared to run on that pattern, mostly likely the girls with the majority of clean runs. Not that I know for sure just an assumption.
