Location: Anywhere my horses are ! Lost in Texas!!!!! | is going to kill me. Boss got angry at me again. This has been going on for four months now. Tuesday I thought I was having a heart attack, called the EMTs and went to the hospital. They kept me overnight,my heart rate kept dropping. I am okay now.... The Doctor said my job is going to kill me. So I am trying to make some changes to my life. It will not be easy. But I am not ready to die. :0) |

Location: DUMPING CATS AND PIGS IN TEXAS :) | You need another job or you need to beat the crap out of your boss.....
......or maybe you should just go to work stoned, that way you wouldn't care about stress or your boss getting mad.
......you could, also, keep a bottle of Vodka in your desk at work like me. |

Seriously though, it is not worth being miserable. I would look for something else. |

Location: North Dakota | Only you can make a difference in your life! Finding a different job may not be the answer, it may lie in how you deal with situations. I had a neurologist look me straight in the eyes and say your migraines are just in your head, you need to get a handle on life. I was ticked when I left the office because I was having mind numbing/knife stabbing headaches at least every other day. Took me a couple of days to realize he was right. Little things like standing up for yourself and screening your phone calls can sure make a difference in how your overall emotional health is. EVERYONE has limits and if yours are getting pushed daily, you need to speak to your HR department, your boss's boss OR the boss themself. It may be they are trying to get rid of you but if that's the case keep going until they fire you, you might be able to draw unemployment OR lay down your boundaries and live with the consequences. I hate stress, but you are the keeper of it. |

Hahaha, no... but since I work in a lab, I use alcohol solutions a LOT (basically different concentrations of ethanol), and it smells TERRIBLE
So it has the taste of how rubbing alcohol smells...the cheap stuff anyway. Haha

Location: Oklahoma | Β I joined a gym about a year ago (I wasn't messing with horses at the time, but it has since became my reliever) and I couldn't even begin to explain how much more at ease I was with everything in my life. I slept better, woke up more refreshed and very few of the things that used to irritate me could. Maybe if you could go on a small walk each day it could help you clear your head. |

Location: Anywhere my horses are ! Lost in Texas!!!!! | thanks you all, there is only two of us in the office. And if there is any mistakes made, the finger is pointed at me. I take notes of every incident to hopefully protect myself when the hammer falls. there is no HR department. |

Location: Phoenix | Eff that. Find another job. I worked for this old, senile man and it was miserable. He was always blaming me for things I didn't do, such as filing things in the wrong spot when really, it was just him misplacing papers. He micromanaged me on things HE didn't know how to do. The pay was good but we mutually parted ways. I couldn't handle being treated like an idiot. I'd be looking for other work, if at all possible. |

Working out is amazing. There are a ton of workouts on Pinterest that you can do at home. The "1000s" are my favorite to do at home. I have met some fantastic ladies at the gym, too, and we all work out together now too. |
