If you've ever used this type of pad please let me know your likes/dislikes. Does it stay in place well or slip back? Also is it too hot during the summer since it's very thick?

I love the CE Sensor Flex pad, I don't think it's too hot in the summer, but I do live in ND. My 2nd favorite saddle pad after the 5 star! I love how soft it is, but it is thicker so if your saddle fits perfect now, it's probably not what you want since it's a 7/8" pad.

I agree with blyellowrose ...

Nice pad. Works great on my large roping saddle. But, it is thicker and since my mare has thankfully filled out in her top line, I went to a 5 star as it was not as thick. But, it is a nice pad.
