My daughter has been looking at a newer Exiss Living Quarters trailer and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the quality, etc.
She really doesn't need a top of the line million dollar trailer, but she doesn't want junk either. Any opinions?

I have an 06 that I bought new.  I take care of my stuff, it gets parked inside when not in use and I keep up maintenance on it.  I personally have no complaints.  Never had a leaky roof which is what a lot of people have had trouble with.  We pulled ours thousands of miles while my kids did 4H and HS rodeos.  Now its just me, myself and I and I still love it.  Some day I need to get a new trailer and I'll probably go with a bigger name but I have no complaints about what I have now.

I've frequently heard of hinges and latches breaking.

Definitely heard more bad than good too. Many people I know that have/had one, either get out of a quick as possible or want to get out of it. Have a friend with one who's fender fell off just driving down the road, a drop down window fall off going down the road and most recently a divider with its support beam and all, fall off and end up under his horses. I recommend that your daughter look at other brands, the better ones but used if money is an issue, or Cherokees are reasonably priced but much better quality.
