| Sorry I've been away for awhile, but we've been working on something pretty big!!! As some of you may or may not know Virginia (Piggydog) was not only a BB she also showed classic cars, and she was **** good at it! In 2013 she was the ISCA National Champion! She showed her father's 1951 Ford Pickup, and traveled all over showing the truck and winning just about everywhere she went. She love competing, and she had a HUGE love for the classics. The week of her accident she was suppose to meet with town officials about putting together The Richest Car Show in Texas. Virginia wanted to be able to put some real money back in the pockets of the individuals who spend countless hours and thousands of dollars, restoring and showing classic cars and trucks. She had a real passion for the sport that a lot of people from the younger generations just don't have. Though weeks after the accident the dream of that car show crumbled, but even we under estimated the number of people Virginia had met and made an impression on in her short time on this earth. With the out pouring of support we received from those in the classic show circuit we knew we couldn't let that dream be lost. The Virginia Hutto Memorial Classic was born! With over $30,000 in cash and prizes being given over the course of the show it will easily be the Richest Car Show in Texas, and it's going to be HUGE! We welcome anyone who can to attend. Or if anyone would like to sponsor the show, we would great appreciate it!!

| She had a 1962 Thunder Bird being restored she hoped to show once it was finished. It should be done before the show. I can't wait to see it finished. She had a soft spot for things that were old :) |

| Just wanted to let y'all know that for those that would like to attend but live too far away, Virginia's dad told me there will be online ticket sales ($6/ticket) you will be able to put your info in and still be able to win some AMAZING prizes. A lot of the items will be valued at $1000 or more! We will be giving away prizes ever 30 mins over the 2 days, he did say that depending on how the number of gifts we have he would like to even be able to give something away every 15 mins. That all depends on how many sponsors we get.
If anyone knows someone that would like to sponsors, or that we could contact about sponsoring we would appreciate it!
Regarding the cross: It has not been finished yet, I do know all the horse shoes that were decorated and sent are hanging on the wall. Her mom liked them too much, and wanted to be able to see them all the time! We didnt get enough to make a mega huge cross, so I'm Not sure what the plan is. |
