| Over a week ago I noticed my two guys had about 27 loose hairs each over their backs and rumps in SE Iowa. It just snowed over a foot in the last 5 days. This mornings temp was -11 with a wind chill of -25. The forecast for the next 10 days, it's not supposed to get above freezing, with some more in the negatives. Either they're crazy or they know something I don't. |

| I have 2 out of 10 dropping hair. I think the weather tricked them, it was about 50 degrees for a month straight and then we got hit by that storm, 18 inches of snow and 10 degree weather! Burr! |

Location: When you hit the middle of nowhere .. Keep driving | These are the 2 I never worry about because they are the emitome of hardy; old school foundation lines and have always been kept outdoors. It's either early spring, or they are just so fat (they are FAT) that they figured they don't need it. I'm in Northern Ontario and the weather has still been crazy so I'm stumped but secretly hoping. |

Location: In The Snow, AZ | Our 2 are starting to shed out. I'm hoping they know something I don't. But I keep telling them winters not over yet and they might want to keep the extra furries. |

Location: Minnesota | All mine are holding tight to their hair. I did see that next weekend we will hit 40 which seems unreal right now since its below zero! Spring is a welcomed thought after this extremely cold winter we've had up here. |

Location: Oklahoma | One of my geldings started doing some shedding last week. Neither gets a blanket. I feel bad for him thought cause we've recently gotten snow/ice off and on since Sunday and it's currently snowing right now. We had a negative windchill last night and this morning so I blanketed him. |

Sorry! (Not really LOL)
Today's forecast high was 40 and it got to 25 while spitting snow--I was not amused. I do think once we get past Feb, it will get a lot better. At least we usually start having more warm days by then, right? |
