Location: Texas | I'm getting married soon and need some help with songs. I think that my Dad and I will dance our Daddy/Daughter dance to "I Loved Her First" by Heartland, but anyone have any other suggestions? What about first dance for my fiance and I, song suggestions? Son/Mother dance suggestions? Songs for when I dance with my father-in-law and he dances with my mom? Also during the actual ceremony, how many songs are typical? I'm thinking a song to seat the mothers, and then one while we do our unity candle, but how many others? We are going to walk in and out to the traditional wedding march or whatever it's called. |

| I danced with my Dad to George Strait's Love Without End Amen. Husband and I danced to Allison Krauss, When You Say Nothing At All and Bellamy Brothers Redneck Girl. I bet if you google wedding songs you'll get lots of ideas. |

Location: Saskatchewan | Getting married in 9 months in Jamaica and so far we have only two nailed down 100%. I will be walking down the isle to "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri and our first dance is "You Saved Me" by Kenny Chesney. We got a few odd looks about our first dance but we had both been through so much in life before we had met, it just fit us and makes me all teary eyed just thinking about it. As far as the rest we're up the creek and apparently I have been asked to fit some good ole Bob Marley in there somewhere too lol. I think max we are having 6 songs just because only 20 to 30 of us are going and thats all the time we will have. |

Location: In Ky following Barrel Races & Walker hounds. | Our guests walked in and sat down to "How Country Feels" by Randy Houser, then our wedding party come in to "Little More Country Than That" by Easton Corbin, I walked in to "She Aint Right" by Lee Brice, and we walked out together to "Find My Way To You" by Jamey Johnson. Our first dance was to Elvis, "Falling In love with you". Most of our guests loved our music. Of course there were a few complainers, but oh well! |
