| I have some extremely stubborn belly fat. I have joined weight watchers again and have lost 15 lbs. But even when I was down to 165, I still had a little pooch on my belly, through 100 situps nightly.
My friend just became a distributor of the ItWorks belly wraps. Anyone used them? Supposed to somehow speed up the metabolic function to break up fat through lotions absorbed through the skin. Just wondering if it's worth a shot.
I know I still have quite a bit of weight to lose, and I'm working on it, but can't figure out how to get rid of that stubborn pooch without a tummy tuck! |

| Planks! Crunches and sit-ups are only so effective. Planks will utilize your entire core.
Eating right (balanced healthy carbs and proteins, small meals 6x's a day) and working out 6 days a week and I'm losing inches I didn't think I had to loose. I'm athletically built and I started this program for strength and endurance not inches, so I'm impressed that I'm losing inches!
Personally I think money is better spent on an exercise program that works for you. |

| I've been doing planks and I feel that my muscles are getting stronger. Can do 3 sets of 20 sec planks with 30 sec break intervals. When I started I was barely able to do 10 seconds with minute breaks.
I've also been jogging/walking 2-3 times per week, plus walking when we are hunting on the weekends, which I don't include in the 2-3 times. I'm also doing push ups along with the planks and sit ups.
I just have this stubborn pooch! |

Location: North Dakota | Don't quote me on this because I don't know for sure but I don't believe the wraps actually break up fat. They are more of a temporary slimdown by reducing water weight which makes you look "swelled" or "bloated". You can get a similar effect by using regular lotion and saran wrap...lol. But I don't know for a fact that is just how I see them. I would love to hear from anyone that has had a permanent effect from them. |

Well, this is kind of what I think too. That's why I'm asking! I asked my friend about where the fat goes and she said that you have to drink lots of water and it dispenses through urination. That doesn't sound right to me. |

Location: Riding Crackhead. | The tummy stuff just needs plain exercise. Lots of walking, biking, running. Running IMO is the best. I would love to run throughout the winter but weather says no so I can't do it. I also do planks and have an ab roller I think its called. I use that faithfully every day. Good for tummy, arms & back. |

Way to go girl! It's been a long haul for me but I feel really good. I'm just headed to my bike right now for a half hour ride. |

I'd pay to put my pooch into my booty, or lack there of! You can lay a board down my backside without much in the way of a gap. I'm built like a man. Ugh |

Location: North Dakota | The stubborn tummy weight is your diet. Clean healthy eating....low carbs, no soda, low sugar intake, etc. You can exercise till you are blue in the face but if you aren't eating healthy that stubborn belly fat will not go away. It's the toughest spot to get rid of. Keep working at it! You will get there. Sometimes your body plateaus for a bit before you start dropping inches. You may need to increase your workout if it has become too easy for you. You really need to start pushing your body to give that extra bit. |

| I've been eating healthy due to the Weight Watchers. I'm going to turn into a fruit or a vegetable. I gave up soda Nov. 2012 and I had about 7 cans over last summer, due to needing sugar due to heat and exhaustion. I've been drinking at least 3 bottles of water per day, sometimes 4, plus milk for meals. It's just a slow process. I'm not in any hurry, I know it's working. Weight loss is a slow arduous process, which is why lots of people fail. They want instant results.
Just curious about the wraps. I'm probably going to talk myself out of even trying them because of the cost! |

Do not waste your money on them. I did and they do not work. |
