| That 3rd pic is pretty awesome. For being so young he's got a mature look to his eyes. |

| VERY nice!!
I was wondering if your Zan Parr Deck babies are on the large size? ALL of Zan's so far have been very large (and very correct). Just wondering if it's blood? Zan's momma was not big, nor did she throw big foals. All 5 of Zan's baby mommas were diversly bred and sized. Your colt looks so much like one of Zan's from last spring!

I really like the 3rd pic too. I just WISH I had managed to get his whole body in the pic!

I would call them thick and short. (But that could be because I am more used to fast growing race horses and mares that are 15.3 to 16.2 and their tall babies.)
BUT their dam is only just over 14.2. The 3yo was taller than their dam by the time he was 24 months old. (Their sire is 16 hands.)
How tall is Zan?
That's a nice colt in your pic. Who is his dam?

Zan is just under 15.1, thick but not bulldog thick.
This is Jax, out of Zeon (also just under 15.1), http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/zeon, same dam as my DFP colt Peon. Jax colt actually looks nicer than Peon. More perfect conformation and better head. I'm not sure that these foals will top out hugely tall, but they were sure born tallish, and thick already.
I am rebreeding Zeon to Zan this year hoping for a filly duplicate! |

Location: Washington. (The DRY side.) | This is my ZPD mare from the front. You can see how wide she is in the chest.
And Roxtars full brother as a baby. (About 4 months old.)
