I have found that if you can get to someone who does osteopathy work instead of chiropractic work- it really makes a huge difference in the adjustments - my horses have been adjusted by a very reputable chiropractor severeal times before I started using a vet that does osteopathy and they are sooooo much better - and another thing is most of the time if the si joint is out which if he doesn't use his rear end properly its real easy for it to get out- an osteopath can feel it every time- but the horse will have a hard time with his leads
