Sorry, I know this has been discussed before but I wasn't having any luck with my search. If I am wanting to try to create some fancy tack for myself are there any suppliers that just sell plain breast collars and bridles that are quality material and don't break the bank? For those that make your own stuff who do you use?

I have ordered from Riata leather. While it isn't high quality tack, it is decent and should hold up well- especially if you only compete in it. Plus it is cheap. For the price you are getting pretty nice stuff.
