Location: Ainsworth, NE | I am looking for someone to assist this spring and/or summer with breeding/embryo transfers, day to day care of horses / facilities, and the exercising and training of finished barrel horse and prospects. Plus, some roping! where do I look? |

Location: Gainesville, TX | Posting here would work though they move this thread to "Help Wanted." If you are on facebook, I would post to some of the barrel racing groups there. Then you can see potential candidate's profile pages and get some idea if that person would work well with you or not. |

RanchworldAds.com has many people listed who are looking for Ranch work ETA: There were a few I saw the other day that were specifically asking for Horse facilities or Roping Facilities. YOu can also post an ad for about $10 that will last a whole YEAR

Location: Montana | I would love an opportunity like that! Does this opportunity pay? Could the person bring a horse or two of their own, provided they pay for board/feed/care? I've owned horses for a long time, but what kind of experience would you want the intern to have? PM me with more details if you don't want to post on here...or maybe I'll PM you.

Location: Ainsworth, NE | I replied to the message I got and also PMed you Iowa...
I would gladly let you bring some horses and you could keep them here without paying for it! Also, if you had a living quarters you could hook up for free! Or I can look into getting a living option set up.
It isn't really a paying job, instead it is a "learning" opportunity. But I wouldn't charge for your horse boarding or staying. Plus, I would allow you to travel with me to places and learn alot! I would also be willing to do some trading such as stallion fees or something as payment...
But we also need someone to help with paperwork for my husbands business so maybe it could become a paying job if someone were willing to also spend a few hours daily helping with that!!!
if interested just message me your number! |
