Location: PA | How do you keep your jeans from rubbing off on to your saddle??? I have washed them, but still does not seem to help??? Suggestions? |

Location: Here | Don't buy a light colored suede seat and jockey saddle.
Don't wear dark colored jeans
If you have a light colored saddle oil it with good oil which will darken it

Location: In the Hills of Texas | The new jeans are junk and all they do is bleed. Mine were bleeding on our leather seats in our car. We had to put a sheepskin cover on it. I will say..I never had that problem with Cruel jeans but sure do with others.
If you find a way to keep them from bleeding let us know.
Meant to add that I have used a cup of white vinegar in the cold rinse cycle and it did slow it down but never got rid of it completely even after washing like this several times.

Location: Northern CA | I have the opposite problem! My saddle seat turns my pants an awful shade of red!!! It is very unappealing-- it just started doing it last year, and it is several years old. Have no idea how to stop it! |

LOL ~ However I am not young (close to 40)!! I don't wear holes either, lol...... I know exactly what you mean though!!! I spend a lot on my other jeans (I don't wear horse jeans other than horse shows) and they don't have holes in the either! I don't spend $100 to $156 on jeans with holes! |

| I wash my jeans in warm water. The water doesn't seem to shrink them, the dryer does that. The warm water makes them bleed during the wash cycle, but it takes out enough of the dye to keep them from bleeding onto other things.
Most Dark wash jeans that are cold water wash will bleed. Which is why they tell you wash them in cold water, less bleeding.
Edit to add, WARM water, not HOT!
