Stinky Cat Owner Posts: 4097 Location: Oregon	I LOVE the Voice!! I love the way it's set up as far as the judges only HEAR them first. But most of all I think it's so neat how the judges are encouraging and helpful in a positive way instead of embarassing and belittling the contestants. And, it's so nice how the judges all seem to get along without any big ego issues.
