Location: Texas | I haven't been there in a long time but I liked the Fairfield pen. It is on the bigger side, and can get deep |

Its not at the outdoor pen in town, but the newer covered arena east of town. Twin Lakes. |

Location: Oklahoma | I have ran their several times and it's a first class facility IMO. They hauled in new dirt the week of the last race so it was a bit deep but I saw no horses slip, fall or even stumble. Times were just slow due to the size of the pen and the heavy ground. Great place to run. |

Thanks for the info... I don't mind deep, its that hard slick stuff that bothers me. Just wanted a heads up before it surprised me. :-)

Location: Texas | One person I talked to said I was bad and another person said it was good just deep. I went when they first opened and it was fine so IDK. Sorry not much help. |

Location: Texas | Big covered pen? Open sided fence? Or solid wall?
I'm debating on going, my mare won't fire in a solid wall arena or indoor |

Location: Somewhere between genius and insanity | huge arena. 5' bigger than standard pattern. Covered. Long alleyway. pipe fence with a stone base. Ground isnt bad. They had a clay base but they added alot of sand to it. Had a few stumbles at the last race but none real bad. 200+ runners and the times stayed pretty consistant all day. Alot of people were disgruntled after last race, but I heard very few complaints about the ground. Been out there a million times and they are super easy people to deal with, and very nice. |
