I had my cousins friend come out that trains reining horses and she said it was defiance an I got her working after about 15 minutes of her rearing up and spinning around she is doing a lot better

YES...If you can't or don't know how to fix the issue, I wouldn't keep trying/forcing her. Having a reputable trainer help you out will be better for both you and your horse in the long run.

I also had my horse do this. There was no problem with him, he just decided he didn't need to work that day. He will do it every so often when he feels like he doesn't need to be ridden. You should try to do some new things with your horse, maybe get a ridding buddy, or set up something new in the arena, to grab your horses attention. She might just be getting bored.
