I drive a '99 F150, and the radio had four presets. There isn't even a cassette player. I am going to purchase and install a new stereo system in the dash. What brands are the best for my money? So far I have seen Kenwoods, Sony, JVC and Pioneer as the top contenders. Any thoughts?

If you find one you like I would go online to read reviews on it.

I'm hearing mixed reviews about a little bit of everything. Pioneer looks great but a couple people have had bad experiences. Just looking for other opinions.
