Extreme Veteran Posts: 540 Location: My own little world :)	On the paleo diet what can you expect? If you follow it exactly do you lose weight pretty fast? And on average how much have you all lost? I'm just super frustrated with my weight and have been thinking paleo is a good option. Thanks.

Sock Snob Posts: 3021	Made pork tenderloin on grill, with a salad, and sweet potato. I got them for 3.99 at my local store they where dated for the day i bought them, grilled with sweet baby rays raspberry chipote.

Shelter Dog Lover Posts: 10277	I eat paleo. I lost almost 50 pounds when we started about 3 years ago. I could lose another 15 but not quite motivated enough to trim my intake down like I would need to. Blessed Location: Here	First and foremost it isnt a diet. it is a healthy way of eating. when you remove the processed junk out of your diet your body will start normalizing
