I have a daughter of his who has a wonderful mind on her. Hopeful one day she can pass it on to some foals for me. Such a loss. I had no idea he had suffered an injury preventing him from continuing his breeding career. RIP big boy

I agree too! It's one thing to say you'd take care of them until they die, but it's another to pay the board bill every month when you will never get another dime out of the horse. Good for them!

And yes, he made them a pile of money and he earned that treatment. But we all know it doesn't always work that way.
