Tough Patooty Posts: 2615 Location: Sperry, OK	Unless you are fusing the hocks, even with the other supplements you have to get the infammation out to get the pain out. Expert Posts: 5293	I have had great success with polyglycan for hocks and really arthritic joints. I give 5cc IV couple times a month. Then I give Hytryl or Legend day before a run IV. Adequan monthly.

It works better if you have never injected the joint. Nothing is a 100 percent guarantee, this is why you research your vet, his success rate and rate of infection.
