wanting some input on southern state feeds, I was looking at the solutions 14/6 and the 11/6. I am currently feeding the Legends Performance but with the price of feed I have got to lower my feed bill but still try to keep them on a good feed. The Legends performance is $20.50 a bag now and the Solutions 14/6 is $13.50 that is a huge savings when you are buying 15 bags at a time ! Any input would be helpful good or bad on the solutions feed

We feed Solutions 14P and love it. Also the Reliance 11P for the older easy keepers. Both are good affordable feeds.
In fact, we feed Southern States feed exclusively to all our livestock - horses, ponies, sheep, dogs, and pigs. We have been very satisfied through the years.

Personally i switched to Solutions because of lack of blue seal when i came home from college 2 summers ago. Was told it was similar to blue seal trotter which is what my older horse has been on for prob 8 years. I wasnt too much of a fan but as I new i would have to switch when i went back
(no blue seal or southern states
) i wasnt worried. In fact hes still on trotter to this day. My younger mare is on legends performance and she was switched over from sentinel performance again due to lack of being able to find.
