Miss Southern Sunshine Posts: 7427 Location: South Central Florida	He was born April 8th 2014. Woke up to a beautiful little face in the pasture. My maiden mare carried 372 full days and he was born the morning of 373. I didn't think she was ever going to foal. But He's HERE... Momma Loco Dash by Dashing Cleat, out of an Easily Smashed mare, 2nd dam Flaming Jet. Baby Daddy Famous Las Vegas by Dash Ta Fame out of a Murrtheblur mare. So far name ideas are Bet I'm Famous (spelling variations) Smashed in Vegas, any other ideas welcome. Edited by Swannranch 2014-04-13 7:25 PM

I kind of wanted a filly, just because I have all mares, but I would not change anything about him. He was there in the morning but I have handled him about I think 5 or 6 hours after he was born. I have brushed him, put a halter on and off, hug him a LOT, pick up all 4 feet every day and sometimes just sit in the stall while his Moma eats and he comes over and licks my leg and just gets close. I really don't know what I'm doing so I'll have another million questions. I'm not sure but I think he is kind of big. My farrier should be here this week and he said he could measure him. Anyway I'M SO STINKIN EXCITED. I already want to do this again.
