Had to get up and let my dog out to pee, lol and its 1:16 am and the Eclipse has started, pretty cool looking, the sky here is so clear and you can really see the moon. But dont see any red to it just a dark shade on the edge of it. |

| Moving from the couch to bed and saw it...mostly eclipsed and red for sure in Iowa! Super cool, makes me wish I had a telescope. |

  Location: Central Texas | I was up here in Texas about 2:30am. The Moon was 3/4 covered by earth's shadow and bright orange. The sky was dark and clear and covered in Stars. I have never seen a sky like this before!!!!! The most beautiful sky I have ever witnessed. So blessed that my dog got me up so I could see it!  |

| thanks to my dogs having to pee at 2:45 this morning, I got to see the eclipse. It was kind of a reddish orange color. It was pretty. |

Darn it I knew I should have gotton up at least one time so I could see it, sounds like it was really pretty , hope to see something on the news about it. I hate that I missed it  |
