| Unfortunately, I've been present during the passing of several people. It's hard to argue with the fact that some people during the death process "see" things and people. My stepfather, for instance, kept saying, "pull me up", at first we thought he wanted us to prop him up better on the bed pillows until I finally realized that he was literally looking right past us as he said it and up at something or someone...he just kept saying, "pull me up". My sister talked of seeing Jesus among other people, she would say, "I see Him but I can't make out what it says on his robe." She was kind of muttering this under her breath, her eyes weren't open but it was clear that she was "seeing" someone, all this about 48 hours before her actual passing from this earth. My mother, didn't say anything but she watched something intently. She followed something from one side of the ceiling in the room to the other side before she closed her eyes for good. I certainly can't say what she was watching but I felt like it was angels or family members gone before. |

Don't put God in a box. I figure He can use anybody or any situation to reveal things to us. If He used this little boy to encourage someone who has doubts that heaven actually exists and teaches us about His love for us, I personally love it!!
Some are saying that we don't need a moive to tell us he is real, because we have God's word. I like this scene in "God's not Dead", where the student goes to the chruch to pray how and what way to do this, then the pastor ask him if he could help, said that this maybe the only time that these students get any word of God. |

The last days before my dad died, he was asking why, are all these people in my room. |

Location: I can see the end of the world from here! | My sweet grandmother passed while in the hospital...there was a no resuscitation order but the nusrse did it anyhow. The next morning my then 13 yr old son told me of a life-like dream he had where grandma walked into this room where we all were, including people he didn't know...and she was smiling & so happy, not crippled with RA...& she was with a man who looked so very kind...she said she just came to say goodbye! It was abut 30 minutes later that my mother called to say that she had passed in the night & been resuscitated...for several days she was so upset & sad that that 'nice man' might be mad because she was supposed to go with him. Once she gained more of her 'earthly' senses she was just sad but wouldn't speak of it...like it was her secret. She passed quietly 2 months later but it sure left us with some wonder.

I guess my thought is if reading this book or watching this movie brings even one person to a place of faith and belief in God then isn't that a good thing. Just a thought. And with all the horrible stuff in movie theatres these days something portraying some good is also a good thing. |
