Location: The barn...where else? SW Missouri		 My guess is palomino. My mom had a Pali that was light like that with a light red dorsal stripe. He was a neat color. I'm on my phone or I'd attach a pic. She's very pretty. I added this pic of him.  He has a dorsal stripe and stripes on his legs like a dun.  Dunalino maybe?

Definitely not a perlino. Their born white. Id say palomino. Its hard to tell at that age tho. My chestnut was born a bright red. And a sorrel I had was born chestnut but shed off sorrel.

Location: Here And There		My Dunalino filly was that color when she was born. Her color is changing  

ETA: Her eyes were very light too, but have gotten darker as she's getting older.
