I had a gelding who was out of a daughter of Zevi and he was one of the most talented and athletic horses I've ever ridden.

My 22 yr old gelding is an own son of Zevi and out of a daughter of Rocket Wrangler. He was one of the most honest barrel horses I have ever owned and hauled. When you sent him down the alley he was 100% business. I started hauling him in the off season when he was still running on the track and he had the sense to handle both jobs. With that being said he is extremely cocky and a hot number and definitely not a fit for everyone. I really feel like that Zevi hotness was mitigated enough by the Rocket Wrangler influence to make him the horse he is.

I love Zevi. I had a AAA daughter that was out of a St Bar daughter and she was super sweet. Also had a AA Shoot Yeah mare out of a Zevi daughter that will go down as one of my all time favorite mares we've owned. Sweet and her babies were so smart and sweet. He is known as a broodmare sire and I have heard his sons could have a nasty side. This was talking to a man that had/owned several of his stallion sons.
