So we just moved in to this house in march. The lawn already had a watering schedule from the previous owners. Mid April we mowed next day watered and weed and feed. It gets mowed once a week and watered everyday with predetermined schedule ........ now it is turning yellow. Does anyone know why and what I need to do to get it back to green.

yellow around here usually means to much water.  if its getting watered every day but not hot enough to dry out that could be your issue.  you might get more help from a neighbor who has a nice lawn to see if your predetermined schedule is adaquate.

Water deep and once a week for a healthy lawn.

Either too much water or fertilizer can turn it yellow.
