 Can You Hear Me Now?
Location: When you hit the middle of nowhere .. Keep driving | I need some help. My boyfriends mom is retiring today and we are having a small get together tonight. She loves the outdoors; and hunting, fishing, going to camp. She also loves knitting and such but I don't know if I want to get her anything like that it may signify being old...
They just got us a gift card for a fancy restaurant in town so I don't want to do 'the same' and I want to do something more then a bottle of wine for this too. |

I agree, that might be a nice treat for her! Or maybe get her a gift cert to go on a fishing trip or to a bed and breakfast?? those are all fun things! I'd rather get gifts that I can go somewhere with like B&B's, massage etc. |

Location: Oklahoma | I like the idea of gifting a trip/event for her hobbies... what about a gift card to a store (Bass Pro, Cabela's) that she could get some more supplies at? |

| A lady in our small office retired late last year. We got a "fruit of the month" basket from us. She LOVED it. She said she thinks of us at least once/month! lol. |

| I was going to say to get her a bunch of different gift cards to places, seeing as how she will have more free time now, to go shopping, eat out, etc. Maybe like Cabela's, Dicks Sporting Goods, Michaels (craft store), restaurants, etc. |
