I have a black rhino and I hate to get rid of it but it doesn't fit my riding style and I just don't have the cash to fork out on a second saddle right now. I really want to stay with the flared bars if possible. A flatter seat is a must

I'm pretty sure Carl Ammerman can make a saddle with those specs. Give him a call.

She said it must be a flat seat and that is why I didn't suggest hers.

I don't consider a Teskey flat seat or flared bars. The one I had wasn't flared at all and wouldn't work on my horses. Sorry - JMO.
A Cactus CJ has flared bars and not a deep seat but I don't call it a flat seat either.

I have to have a flat seat
& flare at the shoulder,
but also need a little cantle and swell and I've tried a ton of them and the Shiloh Jerri Mann has so far been my favorite! I can't stand to ride anything else! I've always bought them used so can't tell you how a new one would sit. I'm actually in the market for another one now! Anybody have one they want to part with? 13.5 to 14 seat!
