We just camped for a week in ours and I used to do long horse trips fairly often. We hung up as many of our clothes as we could and stowed personal items in the bathroom cabinets so we could use smaller suitcases. Put a piece of carpet outside the door to catch dirt and minimize tracking in. If you have a door to your horse area, put down some artificial turf and put your suitcases back there. Take chairs and sit outside when the weather is nice.  Have a party, meet your neighbors.

You may not be set up for it, but we bring the LCD projector, and put a white bed sheet on the side of the trailer. We sit outside, and watch movies on the side of the trailer. The kids love it. It's like being at a drive in movie theater.

+1 for moving as much as possible back to the horse area, keep things organized and in their spot.

Just making life easier: I always "meal prep" as much as I can. I map out what we will eat, and when - and allow for meals out of course. But I usually keep sandwich fixings, instant oatmeals, already cooked chicken breasts that can be used for tacos, or just eaten. I make a thing of potato salad, coleslaw, etc. anything than takes a bit of prep time and/or prep space - I try to do at home and just pack it in the fridge. I also keep a large cooler of ice for sodas, waters, etc. to make room for all the food. Ditto the carpet outside of the door to keep dirt out, and the moving stuff to the horse area

Entertainment: let the kids take bicycles, scooters, whatever. Take board games that can be played outside easily (not a lot of paper monies and things), take a corn hole game, bocce ball, soccer balls, baseball and glove for catch.

Have fun and good luck!!

Take like a basket to put shoes in. We always have lots of shoes!! Then if its not raining we stick under the trailer or back in the horse area. Normaly 4-5 girls go to worlds with me. My daughter and her friend sleep back in the horse area so when we unload we clean trailer out when we unload horses and put extra shavings in stalls. For better smell use cedar ones that help with the smell, sweep out then go park. I put sun visor shades on window and let AC go back. Makes for alot more room. But we have the walk thru door that helps. Just remember you will need to buy shavings for way home.
See ya in Perry!!!

Don't forget your water hose! Did that this weekend LOL. Have a water hose splitter adapter in case you have to share with a neighbor. Extra length of hose or power cord. I vote for getting sterilite plastic drawer organizers to put items in the horse area. More bottled water than you think you need.

Take ant poison with you. A friend that attended last year said Sweet ants are horrible down there. Do not leave any soft drink or sweet open in your trailer or a colony will move in over night. Her personal experience. Again take poison with you, she says it will be sold out down there! Also, the people who take you to your RV will dust your spot if you ask.... UM, I am thinking if they are that bad.....Why has the whole facility not been pre-treated with this large event coming in.
