Location: Bandera, TX | That sounds great - wish I could join this clinic, but I currently have a barn full of cripples and otherwise inflicted horses....
I hope this will be a great clinic and she will do it again soon.

I so agree with you! No way I could rodeo with her as she makes me laugh so hard my stomach aches when I'm around her. I would love to have three days with her in a clinic although. |

I hope this will be a great clinic and she will do it again soon. I would consider going anyway. http://www.leeannrustclinics.com/clinic-itinerary.html Here is a link to the clinic schedule. I was able to spend a bit of time learning the basics of body work from her a couple of wknds ago. One of my horses improved dramatically! There is lots of really cool stuff on how to catch problems early and keep them feeling well.
She's a great teacher and this is so reasonable for a 3 day clinic! (I'm going). I would encourage anyone to check it out. I love that she discusses the mental game of barrel racing.....just a cool lady!
This is off the clinics page. Welcome & Thank You for your interest in LEE ANN RUST CLINICS. My intention is to share with you the many things I have learned about caring for yourself and your horse in competitive situations of all kinds. My clinic will start out with the mental game. Many principles that will help us all achieve our peak performance mind set. Body work on your horse is of critical importance to your horses. Any times when you are having 'issues' with your horse you should first eliminate pain as the source of the 'issue' before reverting to training techniques. I will also share techniques to increase your horse's strength and stamina in a short therapeutic riding session. Therapeutic riding will also help you and your horse maintain collection and self carriage. The biomechanics portion of the clinic will help you to become aware of your body parts and how they correspond to your horse's body parts. You can increase control of your horse while using less bit, spur and bat thus increasing your horsemanship skills. Finally, we will bring it all together and practice our newfound skills. Hope to see you soon! ~Lee Ann Rust

Location: Stephenville, Texas | She gave us a taste of her body balancing work for your horse at church and it was awesome! She is giving the opportunity to bring unlimited horses to this clinic which is unheard of. You will definitely get your money's worth. |

Location: stray dump capital of the world | I'd love to go, but I am under quarantine for vescular stomatits. I'm super bummed. The price is extremely affordable.
ETA...I just saw that she has an upcoming TBA clinic in Goliad. Yay!!! I'm going to watch like a hawk and hopefully I can get to that one.
