Location: WA | 3canstorun - 2014-07-11 8:26 AM I like the first one myself. I have one suggestion for breakfast - scones. Pinterest, the Pioneer Woman, etc. have good easy recipes for them. And at lunch please offer a salad, with or without grilled meat or a wrap.
We love to eat at small family owned places. We like to sit and drink a fancy coffee in the type of place you are discribing.
I hope you do well.
I second the salads or wraps! Nice to have a lighter/healthier option! |

Location: Red Raiderland | I like the name you picked. We used to live in Canyon so I know what people out there are looking for or at least they were looking for many moons ago. We used to eat at Fat Boys BBQ A LOT. Go for good food that doesn't go downhill after a short time. It seems to happen around here( East Texas) a lot. We will find a good local cafe and fall in love and then the food just seems to suck after a while. We used to have a cafe here called Sisters(Put a little South in your mouth!) and there food was consistantly good but soon they went out of business and we don't know why. I don't get real hung up on how nice a place looks as long as the food is yummy...all.the.time. I hope it is a great success. |

I love it ! It looks very inviting and a definite place I'd grab a cup and relax . I like the chair and bench idea . I personally choose coffee places that have nice outdoor seating so I can bring a dog along . A bonus are fresh water dishes in the summer for the pups people bring ! |

I am the one that sent your hubby the Kuerig for Christmas one year. And we visited your restaurant a few years ago- and LOVED IT!
Good luck on your new venture. Do you still use US Foods? |

Location: In The Land of Cotton | Cute place. I can see myself sitting there drinking coffee early and late in the pm. Or, even wine.............................
Every Friday night we got to a little converted gas station and eat dinner. We absolutely love getting to know the local people and away from the hustle of town.
While it will be hard work, good luck. I hope you do well. |

| Love it! As a big one for stopping most every morning on the way to work, here's my thoughts as a customer.
-Drive Through!
-Iced Tea should be FRESH. I hate stale tea.
-For breakfast I'm not about hot sandwiches. I can go to McDonalds for that. I am about pastries. Croissants and filled croissants. Like the berry squares or ham and cheese squares at Starbucks right now. And quiche or soufflés, like the ones at Panera right now. I pay premium price to have these instead of donuts or egg sandwiches.
-Fast. I have a schedule. I have to be to work. I can not STAND when employees are not in any hurry to serve all of the customers. Common sense as well. If you have a customer that ordered a scone from the bakery and one that ordered an egg salad sandwich that has to be made, just grab the scone and put it in the bag for the customer, even if they weren't first. For some reason the chain coffee shops employees are quick and get things done, but more than once I have avoided a local shop because of slow help. I can not dedicate 10-15 min to picking up my morning coffee.
Thank you! :)
