Some of us were just discussing this over the weekend. Doesn't one of these (pre or pro) have to be refrigerated and be the "live" product to really work? So how do these daily powders, pellets, etc work?

I feed forco and you can see a big difference in condition.

I have a friend that buys some kind of liquid probiotic and keeps it refrigerated. Once she treated for ulcers she was advised by her "holistic", acupuncture, chiro, magna wave happy vet to keep her gelding on this. I will say he is fat, sassy, halter horse big, and he's not scooped positive for ulcers since. Although, I do think he is a lil too fat. I feel it hurts the few joint conditions he has currently.
