Veteran Posts: 268	I use it after a run. I like it a lot, keeps their legs cool and tight. I usually put it on after a run then hose off the next morning. If you leave it on longer it shouldn't hurt, it will start to chip off on its own.

Elite Veteran Posts: 762 Location: NC	Love it and put it on after a run. Dont usually wrap but i may have to start wrapping front on my 6 yr old. She licks it off herself.... Either i curry it off next day or rinse it off. We use sore no more liniment after a hard work out or if they look stiff. The liniment is also good on us humans. Takes away pain.
