Anyone use Sore No More Cooling Clay Poultice?? Likes/dislikes? When do you use it most? How long can/do you keep it on?

I use it after a run. I like it a lot, keeps their legs cool and tight. I usually put it on after a run then hose off the next morning. If you leave it on longer it shouldn't hurt, it will start to chip off on its own.

I use it and love it. It also comes off easier than some. I leave it on over night.

Awesome!! Thanks for the input!! Do you just hose it off the next morning or does it flake or chip off? Do you wrap it or leave it open?

You can hose it, brush it, or let it fall off :

Love it and put it on after a run. Dont usually wrap but i may have to start wrapping front on my 6 yr old. She licks it off herself....
Either i curry it off next day or rinse it off. We use sore no more liniment after a hard work out or if they look stiff. The liniment is also good on us humans. Takes away pain.

Love it. I apply with rubber medical gloves and it brushes right off the next day with a stiffer brush.

I have arthritis & my feet hurt all the time. Sore no more poultice on my feet feels so good & REALLY reduces inflammation. I use it on my horse occasionally too :
