When we are going through struggles whether it be illness, finances, relationships, we are not to be prideful.
From my personal experience during my breast cancer, I learned its ok to accept help. Being independent always doing things on my own. One of my hardest lessons not only to ask for help but to accept help when others offered.
By willing to let go of my pride, I was being blessed, and letting others be blessed. IT WAS VERY HARD FOR ME, to let go of my independence during that time. There were days of just getting from bed to bathroom was a ordeal for me. God revealed to me to let go of my prideful independence. Let the Lord mold my life so I can allow others to bless someone. For dear Lord, you are the potter, and I am but the clay. Open my eyes to the "need" of others, looking with an open heart of love. Cause my ears to be willing listeners both to others and You above. Help my mouth, my actions, become an instrument for sowing words of peace. Use my hands and help me allow others to do Your service. Let Your guidance never cease. Lord, fill this yielded vessel with power You alone can send. Grant me strength and courage and wisdom, So I can do as you intend. Lord, let me be the means by which I touch someone and allow others to do the same. Let my life reflect all that You are in each and every way.
LESSON LEARNED; BY LETTING OTHERS HELP ME I AM A BETTER HELPER AMEN BLESSED AND BE BLESSED!
