We ordered a ton of stuff from them for year end awards and they have shipped everything and we are just fixing to pay them! Customer service is amazing!

Extreme Veteran Posts: 475 Location: Alabama	Our club has used them for several years. The only thing I have learned is to put "no substitutions without approval". We let our members choose from a list & one year they subbed some colors & designs. When we order, we place a very large order (in the thousands) and have always had to pay up front. One of the best companies we have worked with!
