When I do a nutrition talk I like to ask who the most influential person in horse nutrition in the last century has been. When no one can answer, I tell them Juan Valdez, (the guy in the old TV coffee ads with the donkey) he invented the one pound coffee can.

Wondering if anyone can tell me how ultium compares to blue bonnet omega force? Having a hard time finding my omega force, my feed store is not going to be carrying it anymore. Overall im happy with it and the low feed rate but I swear its making my one gelding really REALLY lazy.. not sure its the feed but thats what hes been on for about 8 months or so. Hes mellow anyway but its getting a little over the top! I feed 3 horses and hes really the only one in medium work right now 3x's a week ...give or take.

dont add corn oil.. I mean feed a good quality higher fat grain instead.. dont scrimp..

Triple Crown sr or complete is high fat .. 12-10 and 14-10
ADM Patriot performance is 12-10
ultium is but can cause issues with horses..
add soaked cubes .. my guess is the grain you are feeding doesnt have enough fat or calories..
