Since my kneecaps seem to tolerate knocking over poles less and less .... I think it would be wise to get a pair of shin guards.
With that said, I want a pair that will also cover the knee cap. Any suggestions?

If you can find the old pro choice
(before they changed the the endorsed ones by CJ
) they are the most protective I think.

I use motorcycle shin guards, cover your shin snd your knee. I have the CJ's guards, they are a cushion and will keep you from cutting your leg but you will still get bruised. The kind I use are hard plastic, cheap too, I paid $16.

Hey, that's a neat idea. Much cheaper too.
Did you get the MEN'S size?
Is there any padding on the backside?
