Best Type of Fence for this.....

Looking to put up a fence around 20 acres. Well, 18 since I want to keep it out of the woods. The thing is, I need it to contain the horses, dog and goats and keep strays and the neighbor's dogs out. So I can't use barb wire or electric. I got a quote of $18,000 for chain link fence, so that's out. Two of the fence lines will be against a treeline and one will be at the road. The animals really don't go near the fence lines in the 12 acres that's fenced right now, so I don't see them pushing or leaning on it.
Any suggestions?

I think your only option for those requirements is some kind of field fence.

I used no climb all the way around. Expensive, but it works great.
