I don't own a pair of Rocks but I tried some on a while back just couldn't bring myself to spend that much.  I wear a 26 or 27 in Cowgirl Tuff and if I remember right the RR 28 fit.  Best thing is to try them on.

I have a few pair, I think they are true to size. That being said, for the same money, I like Big Star Vintage jeans WAY better. I just feel like they are a better quality jean. I bought Rocks when the BSV's got hard to find in my area.

 yes but they dont have the stretch in them like some jeans , so may be a lil snugger around waist..and they keep their shape
