Phil passed away this summer, sadly. I had sold a ton of these in this area (Pacific Northwest) so you could check the BRN4D board to see if anyone has one lying around that they would want to sell. |

you can find the knock offs on ebay sometimes

I was wondering if this could be a knockoff from the Goosetree bit, I could not find it anywhere, and just has a different look to it not made as well as a Goosetree, just dont have that look. But I could be wrong  |

I've looked through my trailer and my house and I can't find it. I have 4 more rubbermaid totes that has bits and tack in that I can't get to right now but I will be able to tomorrow. I'm thinking I gave it to someone to try and never got it back. I use to loan out bits all the time and have lost quite a few that way..LOL
The picture you posted is what the original Simplicity shanks looked like and I bought it straight from Carol. I was thinking it had a copper mouthpiece and possibly a livesafer. When Classic Equine took over her line they changed them up but you are suppose to get the same results. Here is a picture of one of them. You can go here as she carries Carol's bits.

I assumed it was a knockoff never even thought it was a simplicity, new to me. I Could probably have Carolina bit or LandW make one. I was told it was an Egg bit but when you search that they don't even come up. Thanks for all the replies. |

Like I said...The picture you posted is what the shanks looked like in the original Simplicity but with a different mouthpiece. |

Location: US | Well, I ended up having one made! I called Red River Bit and he makes them with any mouthpiece. And a girl on facebook had one laying around .
