| Well i finally made the gooseneck purchase and will be having a friend who does apartments and townhomes finish it for me. However, I saw this trailer with a rubbery type feeling floor but it looks like wood. It was fairly squishy and not slick. I have no idea what it was but I want it in my trailer.
My brother in law who's done tiling for 15+ years hasnt heard of it and google is failing me. Anyone know what im talking about?
Also any pics you have of a small living quarters setup, post here. I need all the help i can get. Pros, cons, etc.

| It might be linoleum. My parents put linoleum down in our cabin and it looks just like wood, is kind of rubbery, and honestly looks great. |

Location: Finally horseback again.... | It is a PVC / vinyl type material that we used in my mom's house. It has a 50 year warranty and if something greases it, all you have to do is set a warm iron on it and returns back to normal. Very good product. We got hers at Flooring America. I will see if I can find the name of the brand. |

That is great to hear! Of course we didnt get the name of the flooring because frankly I didnt even notice it was different until my friend pointed it out. Do you know if its expensive?
I am now looking at the cork flooring as I think that is interesting. |

Location: not settling | My parents have industrial linoleum in their kitchen/dining room- it feels squishy when you walk on it and looks like barn wood. Came with a 20 yr warranty and was super easy to install (came on a roll).

| Yes, it's probably wood-look linoleum which is becoming very popular. |

| Dont laugh at my lack of understand but linoleum is that stick down tile?? used in a lot of bathrooms or kitchens thats fairly cheap (my parents house had it when they moved in). This wasnt anything like this unless I just havent seen enough of it. This had substance and texture to it. It literally felt almost like a mat material?

| Thought I would add a picture of the trailer... its pretty basic compared to most but its a huge upgrade for me. Its a 2001 Dream Coach with the rumbar flooring.

Lino comes in rolls that are normally 12' wide by whatever length you need and it should be glued down, the quality can vary greatly. |
