Looking at ordering one and wondering if they are true to size or are they like the double j? I ride a 14 in the Stoney or coats, but a 13 1/2 in double j.

I feel they are true to size. I have heard with some of the larger gullets
(9"+
) that the sizing is a little different, though. They do have a free demo program you might want to check out.

I'm a 15" Crown C, but a 14.5" Double J. I can fit in a 14.5" Crown C, but I don't think I'd have the room to be able to ride properly.

I ride a 14.5" Pozzi and my 14" crown c felt too small, a 14.5" probably would have been the way to go. That was in a 9.5" gullet. A 14" in the 7" gullet was more comfortable. I would try before you buy
